I was invited to become a beta tester for various Google products and as a result of the success of my healthcare communities and Internet broadcasting, in April 2014 I was one of ten people nationally recognized as a Google Glass Community Leader by Google.
However, I missed having face to face interactions with people AND I didn't care for traveling internationally by myself, so I decided to do something different. I became a Realtor® -- but I didn't want to be a typical Realtor.
Reflecting back, my favorite agent was a Realtor with Coldwell Banker named Karen Dunigan. She was the most exceptional Realtor (and person in general). She showed my husband and me a ton of homes and learned our taste quickly. After our second or third trip marathon-shopping for homes, she announced she had the perfect home for us BUT it wasn't for sale. She drove us down a street of beautiful old homes, jumped out of the car to flag down a man in the yard, and asked him if he would sell his home. An hour later, we wrote an offer. Karen didn't stop there, though. She helped me get plugged into the community, introduced me to people who would welcome me, and demonstrated the importance of giving back to the community. Funny thing is, I forgot she was a Realtor until I got my license. Now Karen is my role model.
Combine a good role model with a creative writing degree, technology background and strong command of digital marketing . . . and you get me! I am not your typical Realtor. I think differently; I market differently; and I have fun doing it! Different audiences respond to different styles on different platforms. I understand that!
If you're looking for an Tennessee Real Estate agent who isn't like all the others, contact me and tell me about yourself.
